Absolutely stunning LARGE Emmanuelle peacock chair. Standing at over 5ft tall!  This beauty has a double weave back .  A wide decorative band with black details frames the chair.   
 
The design is believed to have originated from a prison in Manila, Philippines at the start of the 20th century, but was popularised in Italy in the 1970s.   Famously, the chair was featured in celebrated French pornographic film, Emmaunelle (1974)
